Our refurbished "maison de village" offers 4 comfortable bed and breakfast rooms plus a private apartment. It is situated in  Azille - Minervois in the Aude department of the Languedoc-Roussillon region and is ideal as a base for discovering this beautiful corner of France and the delights of the nearby Canal du Midi. Alternatively, you can just kick back and relax on our rooftop terrace and admire the view of the surrounding vineyards...



Join us for lunch or dinner, and enjoy local products as fresh as they come! Markets are a-plenty and the fresh vegetables, local cheeses and wines make for a very pleasant meal. You will awaken each morning to the intoxicating smells of freshly baked bread, croissants, homemade jams and freshly brewed coffee & tea.

All of the guesthouse rooms (Moroccan, Minervois, Safari & Tatami) have been lovingly decorated and are available for rent all year round, including all major holidays. To assure there is space available, we strongly suggest that you book at least 6 weeks in advance.

Discounts are available for early bird bookings, long stays and group or family reservations. Please contact us for further details.

At La Dolce Vita, we have four available guest rooms with a self-catering gite within the house.

Extra beds may be requested in the Moroccan & Tatami rooms only - additional charges will apply. Please inquire & request upon booking.

Prices include Taxe de Sejour (hotel tax).

Our Gîte "The Tatami" - Price/week: 300.00 euros
This completely independent, self-catering french apartment accommodates up to 4. The Tatami's private entrance is on a private, quiet side of the house. The interior offers a kitchenette, bathroom (shower) as well as a zen-inspired bedroom and living space which is equipped with an additional sofa bed for two. The gîte also offers access to the main terrace, from an interior door, an added benefit not found in most rural gîtes.

Although completely equipped, with options to request a basic or deluxe kitchen starter basket (inquire for contents & price), you are invited to reserve space at the table d’hotes and join us for a meal to learn more about the local cuisine and wine. Or you may request personal catering with the meal of your choice brought to you in the gite - only the washing up to do! Any and all options will be available with advance reservation.
