The cottage at La Platriere is spacious and sleeps up to 6 people.

There are 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs, one double, one twin-bedded. Both bedrooms have wooden floors, exposed beams and dormer windows which look out across the gardens to the countryside beyond.

A beautiful open-tread oak staircase leads the way downstairs into the first of two sitting rooms. This room has a good quality double bed-settee so the room can easily be converted to a 3rd bedroom if required. The other sitting room is designed for your entertainment and comfort in mind, with tv, video, and music centre with cd player, radio and cassette player.

There are also a selection of books, videos and board games. The room has a large comfortable 3-seater settee and armchair.

The bathroom and separate toilet are downstairs. The bathroom has a shower, french bath, vanity unit, mirror and washbasin.

The large kitchen has a dining area, and is fitted with all modern conveniences, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine, electric cooker and extractor. The dining area has french doors which take you into the enclosed private garden with outdoor furniture and barbeque.

The cottage has central heating, and is fully insulated. It is non-smoking and fitted with smoke alarms, fire blanket and emergency lighting meeting new EU regulations.
