Owner News: June 14th: We still have limited numbers of free listings for some regions.
If you own a holiday property - Bed & Breakfast or Self Catering in France, you can add it to our listings free for 2 years - as long as there are less than 4 properties already registered for your region. Because we are a new site, we want to quickly establish a worthwhile selection of holiday properties for our users.
We particularly need more properties in these regions:
Alsace - Bourgogne - Champagne Ardenne - Franche Comte - Haute Normandie - Nord pas de Calais - Paris-Ile de France - Picardie.
Some other regions have reached the limit for free listings, but discounted introductory offer listings, from just 40 Euros, are still available for holiday properties throughout France - y ou can check your region to see if there is a chance of a free listing, by using the map on the home page. Details page with full description, optional Availability Calendar and/or Booking Enquiry Form, seasonal price display, show variable prices according to occpancy, additional photos.
Google Map of your location.
Search Engine Optimization of your main details page: a special tool which provides full Search Engine Optimization capability, to help your improve your listing's positioning in the search engines, independently of the main site.

PDF Brochure Generation tool - produce a .pdf brochure from your holiday property data which you can then make available for your prospective clients to download.
Link to your own website - place a link to your own holiday property site and/or divert booking enquiries to your own site.
"Desktop Client" software - installs on your own PC and allows you to update property details, availability and images easily, and then sychronize to the main site when you are ready. Also enables a linked availability calendar on your own website, using the same data. Ideal for multiple property owners.

Registering as a French holiday property owner
If you have a French holiday property and would like to increase it's exposure to targetted visitors looking specifically for holidays in France - self catering or bed and breakfast, gites, villas, ski chalets etc - then click here to go to our property owner registration form.
After entering your details, you must select your chosen listing package, (standard or premium package) after which you will be presented with the option to pay either by PayPal - using either your credit card or PayPal account balance, or by Cheque (NB: Payments by cheque can only be accepted in Euros and must be drawn on a French Bank.)
After payment of your subscription, you will able to access the "admin" area to begin adding your French holiday property
